The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Lead source details such as how you found our website (eg: by Google, Bing, etc)

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you. This is used so that we can communicate with you. We do not receive personal information indirectly from any 3rd party. We will also never share your information with anybody else without your permission. For payments processing (and only if you give us your explicit permission) we will send your e-mail address to GoCardless. We will not hold any payment processing and they will hold all your payment processing if you so choose.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
